fire-proofing alchemists & gun slingers

Advice

how would you go about making an alchemist or gunslinger so vulnerable to fire. to prevent their bombs and ammunition and such from going off at a fire ball? fire resist/immunity protects the person but not the equipment.

Dark Archive

The equipment isn't effected if it's carried, unless the person rolls anat 1 on a reflex save.
Fire resistance is shared with items in your possession

Bombs are created in the same action that they're thrown, so no worries there.

A powder horn's basic construction is sufficient to make it flame-resistant, and I'd imagine a gunsmith's kit would be similarly reinforced.
