I have a pal getting married soon, and id like to run a game with the theme of a bachelor party or a quest leading up to wedding
I know the blakros one doesnt quite fit the theme.
Do you know of any other quests were a persons girlfriend is kidnapped or any that have a bachelor party type theme in them ?

#6-08: The Segang Expedition is really fun. It's less about a bachelor party and more about impressing one's father-in-law while on a hunting trip. Shenanigans ensue.
#40: Hall of Drunken Heroes starts with exactly the sort of roister that you'd expect, assuming you want more of a keg-guzzling bachelor party feel.

not exactly weeding/bachelor themed, but I ended up running Dead Suns 1 for a friend's bachelor party. I made characters and bought matching dice, and people were assigned characters base don which dice they ended up picking. When my brother-in-law ended up as a shirren that was a cross between Edgar from MIB and House, I laughed out loud.

John's suggestions are golden - I love The Segang Expedition quite a bit, myself.
As for a wedding - #0-27: Our Lady of Silver takes a little bit of extra prep (being a Season 0 scenario), but it has a special place* in my heart. It's got a bit of everything - a wedding, daring deeds, a criminal court case, a mysterious motive...oh yea, and the wedding elephant adds somethings special, I think :)
It allowed for a bit more hilarity before Faction Missions went away, but if you check pfsprep.com you might still find some interesting bits to help you run it!
* I may or may not enjoy this scenario so much to have used sharpie and scissors to permanently alter one of my flip-mats for this scenario and also to create 3-D terrain for one of the encounters.

And don't forget that you can still give players the faction missions for fun even though they are no longer directly tied to rewards.
I tend to do this with scenarios I know will run short (Season 0 & 1) and scenarios where the actions of the players while attempting to accomplish the faction missions could impact NPC reactions or timing (The Disappeared).
As for the original question,
#4–07: Severing Ties starts by having you go to a bar, a brothel, and a pirate temple.
