Orange Prism Ioun Stones and Spell-Like abilites

A question came up with one of my players today and it's exactly what it says on the title. Does the Orange Prism Ioun Stone increase the caster level of spell-like abilities.

More specifically does it increase the caster level of a qinggong monk's spell-like abilities.

And for my own curiosity if it does increase would there be any strangeness with feats like Quicken Spell-Like Ability or Reach Spell-Like Ability.

Since the description of the Orange Prism Ioun Stone says 'spell' in it, consistently, and never mentions Spell-Like-Abilities, I would say no.

The entry does not mention the C.L. increase as Spells only, the term 'Spells' is only used once - in reference to the Cracked version's Effect of granting one Cantrip/Orison. The Ioun Stone, Orange Prism simply grants a flat +1 increase to C.L.; as the Qinggong Monk gains a C.L. for its (Sp) I would say yes, it does receive the boost.
