I just went to move the items but it looks like order 5092774 has already shipped out. So I can no longer move items to that order. We expect to be running the authorization this week so if we leave the items in your sidecart they will ship out along with that order. I can also move them to their own order and get them on their way right away if you prefer.

What happened with this? It wasn't my choice to have 2 orders, but the "cart full" message was the driver why. The instructions said to contact Customer Service, which I did. I certainly didn't want one part of the order to ship out at under $100 (no discount) when I spent over $200 on the should-have-been one order. Now with no other subscriptions other than PF Battles, the rest will have to ship out as a second shipment with more money towards shipment 2.
What is the game plan for this to never happen again?
Can we get the 30 day window for singles back, since lower than expected counts of a few figures is what led to this additional order? That is the most frustrating part of this, since the old system worked. Singles being available before you receive your shipment means guesswork, and waiting too long leads to certain singles selling out before you order.

Hello Davrion,
When you submit an order it goes into the shipping queue and can ship any time. Submitting both orders to your sidecart means none of it will ship until the next subscription and means we can merge the items and move them into an order without risk that one will ship between when you place the order and when we see your post. Usually we recommend moving items into the Saved for Later section and we can merge them into an order with items in your cart and submit it on our end.
