I am getting this messsage:

But everytime I try to ignore and submit post, it won't do it.

OK, let's try this again...
For future reference, your inability to post in that thread doesn't have anything to do with how many posts you have. You were probably trying to post the exact same text that had already been posted on that page ("Test," perhaps?) The boards have an anti-spam measure which precludes posts identical to other posts on that same page from submitting.
If you ever have the same problem again, try altering your text slightly so it's not a repeat of a previous post (like "Test!" or "Testing).
Also, if you have another problem with the message boards, you'll usually get a quicker response posting in Website Feedback. The Customer Service forum has mostly to do with the store.
