Spellbound Puppet and vampiric companion

Rules Questions

Spellbound Puppet is an Occultist necromancy focus power that allows you to use a bone to create a flesh puppet that serves as a familiar equal to a familiar of a wizard your level. It lasts 10 minutes per lvl and is a fleshy construct.

Would a dhampir be able to take Vampiric Companion and have the spellbound puppet be undead?

Occultist Necromancy Implement Powers Spellbound Puppet(Su) contains the line, "No matter the form, this creature is a construct with an alignment matching your own."

Vampiric Companion(non-PFS) feat requires a class that grants a Anml Companion or Familiar and that the user is 10th level.

No, as the first part forbids it. I'd also mention that it is a power that creates a construct that can be treated as your familiar while it exists. This is not the same as class that grants a familiar. Blood Sentinel spell doesn't qualify for familiar feats.

That being said I don't think it's a biggie going from Construct to Undead so your home GM will probably allow it.

Thanks for catching my oversight and for your input.
