This thread is to provide updates on the order creation and fulfillment process for subscribers to the Pathfinder and Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario Subscriptions.

Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild March Scenarios:

-#9-16: Fallen Family, Broken Name PDF

-#9-17: Oath of the Overwatched PDF

Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild March Scenarios:

-#1-10: The Half-Alive Streets PDF

-#1-11: In Pursuit of the Scoured Past PDF

Digital Email Notification Date: Wednesday, March 28th

Digital Order Fulfillment & Payment Settlement Date: Wednesday, March 28th

Street Date for Society Scenarios: Wednesday, March 28th

Note: We had intended to start order generation on Monday the 26th, but preparations for the playtest launch caused us to push things back a bit. We will be getting things going as early tomorrow morning as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Hey everybody, we're gearing up to generate organized play orders, but it sounds like we caught something on one of the PDFs that needed to be changed. As soon as we've got that patched up, I'll be hitting the big, red "GO!" button.

Are not in My Downloads nor can I download them from their pages.

Hi there, it seems neither my #1-10 nor #1-11 Starfinder scenarios have become available yet, they are still showing as pending on my subscriptions page and are not in my downloads.

Hi Thom,

Thank you for letting us know! I'm not quite sure what is going on, because the order says that the digital assets are attached to your account. If you're still not seeing them, I would say to take a screenshot of the "Paizo Inc.: Starfinder Society" section of your Digital Content page, and send it to [e-mail] so we can have our tech team take a look.

Hi Luke,

Thanks for letting us know! It seems that something on your order didn't go all the way through, so I've given it a nudge and it should be good now. Please note that these scenarios went into an older order for scenario #1-09, so you'll see that listed in the confirmation email as well as #10 and #11. You haven't been charged for it again, since you already paid before. Sorry for the confusion!

Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario #1-11: In Pursuit of the Scoured Past were in my download page but when I go there, they are not there.

I still don't have access to the March PDFs. My subscription order is Paizo Order # 4798643.

This has been happening every month lately...

Hello DamienDM,

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order and it seems that things went through just fine. My system is showing the PDFs on your account, but it could be that they are not showing because of a display issue.

I've given them a little poke, and I'm hoping that they'll show up for you now. If you still can't see them in your Digital Content page, just let me know and I'll see if there's anything else I can do to help out.
