I want to build a level 10 Kitsune fighter with the Nine-Tailed Scion race trait in order to get the most out of the Magical Tail feat. By using all my feat choices I'll max out the feat at level 7. Since I'm not using charisma as a dump stat (keeping the saves for those spell-like abilities high) I was thinking about going with the Cad archetype to get a greater range of charisma and dexterity based skills. Stat wise I was thinking high dex/cha, more an ranged attack type with the flexibility of bite and improvised weapons for close encounters. I'd like to have at least a 13 int for combat expertise (hopefully higher for more skills) but at this point it's getting kind of MAD.
So what I'm looking for help with is this: a level 10 Cad Fighter with only 3 feats to spend towards combat abilities, assuming at least 13 int. Should I boost dex and go for archery feats or more of the dirty trick/improvised weapon route and boost strength to help with damage/CMB? What about the swift shapechange/vulpine pounce feats to get a full attack?
I am entirely aware that this is not the way to build a fighter but I'm looking for the best I can do.

You can keep Int at 10 and get Dirty Fighting feat instead of combat expertise. It allows you to perform every combat maneuver while you’re flanking and you won’t provoke an attack of opportunity, plus if you do have a combat maneuver you’re proficient in, you get a +4 to the CMB while flanking.
But more importantly, it satisfies all the prerequisites of other feats that would require you to have an Int 13 or Combat Expertise.
.
Dirty Fighting (Combat)
You can take advantage of a distracted foe.
Benefit(s): When you attempt a combat maneuver check against a foe you are flanking, you can forgo the +2 bonus on your attack roll for flanking to instead have the combat maneuver not provoke an attack of opportunity. If you have a feat or ability that allows you to attempt the combat maneuver without provoking an attack of opportunity, you can instead increase the bonus on your attack roll for flanking to +4 for the combat maneuver check.
Special: This feat counts as having Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and Improved Unarmed Strike for the purposes of meeting the prerequisites of the various improved combat maneuver feats, as well as feats that require those improved combat maneuver feats as prerequisites.

Setting aside the fact this is a terrible idea and probably won't work well, especially considering that by this level, an actual caster could cast everything that feat gets you...
Divine Fighting Technique: Way of the Shooting Star. It will let you use your charisma for attack and damage with a starknife. Including thrown.

I agree with Omnius, this is a bad idea. Your spell DC is Cha based, and unless you're maxing Cha, you will have many successful DC checks against your spells.
If you do the Divine Fighting Technique and play with a starknife, that's a good way to ensure Cha is beneficial for you. Also consider pumping Intimidate and getting Power Attack/Cornugon Smash and put a +1 Cruel Enchant on your Starknife. You'll Intimidate every hit, and every successful Intimidate will cause the target to become Shakened AND Sickened, for a debuff of -4 attack, skill checks, saves, ability checks, and -2 to dmg.

To what effect is the Magical Tail/Nine-tailed Scion going to avail you for this build? You're trying to turn a martial class into a limited pseudo-casting class.
imo, unless you're going full caster- it's not worth going NTS for a martial.
Else, i'd recommend Dirty Fighting as your standard first level feat- it counts as IUS, Dex/Int 13, and Combat Expertise for the purposes of taking combat maneuver feats, so this way- you could possibly go Improved Trip/Steal/Disarm or even Improved Dirty Tricks, if you want to go with the Cad archetype.
Dirty Fighting, Agile Maneuvers [so you focus more on dex], and Improved [combat maneuver]; though without Dodge/Mobility getting into and out of threaten range could prove lethal.
You could go 9/18/14/10/10/18 [4th and 8th bonus stats already accounted for]
If you can cast while in your fox form, i'd say- just stay in that form, and use your size to your advantage.

I'm in the process of building a similar character, but my Kitsune is an Oracle because the Wrecking Mysticism Curse allows you to replace your Mystery Spells with tails, without spending any Feats on them. You won't have all nine tails quite as soon, but you'll have healing and some utility spells, and I suspect you'll have just as many available Feats for enhancing your combat ability.
I personally went with the Wind Mystery, because its Revelations include turning into a cloud, Greater Invisibility, and Perfect Flight as spell-like abilities.
