Pact Worlds not in my downloads

Hello I recently got an email about my Pact Worlds book being shipped and that I can download the PDF but it is not showing up in the My Downloads page.

It vanished from mine in the middle of downloading my subscriptions too, but I could still access the file from the product's downloads tab.
It has since shown back up in my downloads again. Weird behavior.

Sorry about that. There is certainly some weird behavior that the tech team is looking into.
