One additional question, can I use phanton blood spell even if I'm an alchemist (And not a barbarian or bloodrager with the rage and increase of CON)? Is this spell/extract only useful if I gain temporary HP through Con bonus that doesn't last forever?

1) Yes, Aid also stacks with False Life
2) The listed examples are just that, examples. Say, you cast Bear's Endurance on yourself and, before it wears off, get into a fight that reduces you to just a few hit points. When you lose that con increase, you lose the hitpoints it granted, which would cause you to drop to negative HP if your health is already lowered. When that happens (The loss of a con increase dropping your HP and causing you to become unconscious) the spell triggers and gives you your CL in THP (Max 10) for the remainder of it's duration. Hopefully buying you time to seek healing. This is helpful to an alchemist if they, say, use a mutagen to boost their con score.
