I could swear i remember the rule that said a wizard who have specialization on a school of magic must have one of the spells they gain at level-up to be from their school, but i cant find it anywhere now.
Can anyone tell me the page or link a prd page where this rule is written.
This Mandela effect making me crazy.

It's not written. Perhaps in an older edition, but PF lacks spells of certain schools in high enough numbers to have such a rule. Divination and Universalist being the main two I would bring up. Possibly followed by Necromancy when only talking about the CRB.
Now when gaining a new level of spell, say at level 3 when you can fist cast level 2 spells, it is an unwritten rule, as without one of your school in the new level you essentially loose a spell slot (the extra one you get per level reserved for a spell of your school).

As a DM, you could still enforce it. As said though, a few spell schools really had no options in core. Divination had maybe 1-2 spells per level available to wizards, so that is likely why it was changed.
Or as a player you could always plan it yourself that way. I've been playing a Divination Wizard in an Iron Gods playghrough, and we keep finding fun new Div spells like Technomancy and Detect Radiation to fill out my choices.

Its just kind of made sense to me, since wizard still needs those spells for school slots, so i got confused when saw it gone.

As this is a rules thread, yes, it was 'stealth errata' where the requirement was removed in a later edition of the CRB.
Generally as a player running wizards with a bonded object you want at least two spells from your specialist school per spell level so you have some choice in your prepared spells.
