Skald that gets bloodrager bloodline instead of rage powers?

and if there is no such archetype how would you balance it.

from the primal blood rager we see 1 bloodline power = 2 rage powers.

So the skald gets 6 rage powers so they could get the first 3 bloodline powers. not counting the first one.

1st power at level 3
2nd power at level 6
3rd power at level 12
4th power at level 18

Would this be balanced?

you could just take the rage powers for the first 3 bloodline powers. is trading half of your rage powers to get access to the 4th bloodline power really worth it?

Yeah, at least give them a couple bloodline feats. A bloodline power is at most worth 1 Rage Power, as evidenced by the Primalist archetype.
