Voidglass Ammunition

Rules Questions

Hi all,
Voidglass from Armor Master's Handbook doesn't seem to have any indication for the cost of ammunition and +1000 gp (as weapons) seems quite excessive...

...there is no indication anywhere else?

Thanks,
Skarm

Not that I'm aware of. And the 1/50th rule doesn't apply universally in the case of special materials, so . . . make something up?

Voidglass only adds damage to weapons that you are holding, so it wouldn't do much good to use it for ammunition.

Not much in direct RAW.
I'd research the spell Glassteel, or the material glass, obsidian, or make up something reasonable for voidglass.
Obsidian is glass, or a type of glass. Low velocity ammunition should not be an issue. Bullets are an issue due to the high force shockwave of the propellant. Sand pack bullets are fine though messy for the barrel.

"In the hands of any creature, a voidglass piercing or slashing weapon deals 1 additional damage on a hit—bludgeoning weapons gain no benefit."

An arrow, once fired, is no longer in your hands. Doesn't do anything, so you really SHOULDN'T make it out of them.

Damn...you are right!

That explains a lot of why there is no ammo cost! :-/

That's why there's not much in RAW about it. Not costed which moves you into homebrew territory. *-<8^)
