How would these two work together?

Example: I cast Touch of Chaos as a standard action and as a swift action I cast a persistent Bestow Curse. How many saving throws would the enemy have to make?

1 or 2 sets of 'roll twice take the worst'. If they succeed on the save on the first set then they have to roll another set.
