When a rogue uses this advanced talent what happens when the enemys dexterity score goes to zero. It says target is rendered immobile. What does that mean? Is he helpless? Can he fight back at all?
Lastly what happens when the ability score goes below 0?
I'm not sure ability scores can drop below zero. If so, though, no additional penalty, just a longer way back to positive numbers.
And helpless, yes. It lost the bit about permanently petrifying them in development, I'm afraid. ^_^
So the enemy can't do anything its like being paralyzed?

More or less correct. Of course, freedom of movement or remove paralysis won't get you out of this particular jam. ^_^
