Pugnacious Trait + Lead Blades

Would the effect of treating the blade as larger from pugnacious stack with the spell Lead Blades. One is a (I’m guessing Ex trait effect) while the other is a spell.

You get one effective size increase and one actual size increase. Further increases of either type don't stack.

^I meant where is the Pugnacious trait itself? It is (at least as of yesterday) not on www.d20pfsrd.com nor Archives of Nethys, and also not (as of just a few seconds ago) on the Paizo PRD.

Looks like Archives of Nethys has no Campaign Traits after Hell's Rebels.
