Pathfinder Society: speak all languages?

In my neverending quest to do interesting things in a system dedicated to being as boring as possible, am looking to make a character who can talk to anyone he meets in PFS. What are all the ways I can do this? Comprehend languages with UMD is not my preferred technique, are there items that will let me do this without a roll?

May this be good enought for you? I find it quite expensive but, a friend I use to play with likes to buy it at every single game he is able to.

There's always the Tongues Witch and Shaman hex (one minute per level, usable in one minute increments).

The Feral Speech Witch hex allows you to speak with animals.

aasimar get an alternate racial trait that lets them learn 2 languages per skill point in linguistics, make them an int based person start with a 20 in int, start with 9 languages, take the Cosmopolitan feat for another 2 languages and find an archetype for your class that gives you a bonus language or two bonus points if you can play an int based druid
