With a quick Google search I found that there may not be any diminutive monstrous humanoids, this is a real bother as a build I had in mind was highly reliant in this. So I'm wondering, are there any monstrous humanoids of this size, if so which ones would you recommend? Alternate question:what are some tiny monstrous humanoids/animals that you'd recommend?

No, there's no diminutive monstrous humanoids by Paizo, and the only tiny one is a swarm.
The closest you get is tiny magical beasts. These can have hands - ratlings and xiao (rats with human parts and flying monkeys respectively) are examples. The fey form spell has a number of diminutive options, like an atomie or sprite.

As far as I know, there are not any diminutive or tiny monstrous humanoids. The Charda is a useful small monstrous humanoid form with 5 natural attacks, a swim speed, the ability to breathe underwater, and some other fancy abilities that you might get based on the level of the spell you use.
The cat is a tiny beast with 3 attacks, if natural attacks are the goal. The hawk is a fast, tiny flier with 2 attacks. The viper has climb and swim speed, and poison with a scaling DC based on the spell you use to take its form. The diminutive bat is, of course, a classic with blindsense.
