I (presently) have two questions in regards to how Mystery Magic from the Stargazer prestige class interacts with other class levels and feats, and I'm hoping I can finally find definitive answers!
Do the hexes granted by Mystery Magic count as the player having the "Hex Class Feature" for the purpose of qualifying for feats?
I have heard arguments stating the following:
-Yes, it is a hex, and Mystery Magic is (descriptively) a shorthanded catch-all ability that even says the levels count as and stack with Witch levels, meaning you also are allowed to use witch-specific items. That amount of access would make one assume you're allowed to select the hex feats. (Ritual Hex seems perfect for the Prestige Class if that is the case.)
-No, the class feature's name is Mystery Magic, not Hex. The ability gives you two hexes without formally having them and if you are a witch, it's designed so your hex DC's don't fall behind.
Before or after taking levels in Stargazer, if I gain a level of Seducer Witch, do the hexes gained from Mystery Magic also become Charisma-based?
It seems to me like the answer is assumed to be a yes, but while I am here asking one question, I figured I might as well as ask this as well.
I ask these questions for clarity and to hopefully be able to resolve similar issues should I come across them in other classes in the future.

I'd say yes to both as well, but it's an unusual enough thing that I would recommend asking your GMs interpretation before playing it to make sure that they agree with you (if you're the GM, then more power to you).

Mystery Magic seems to include hex & they work the same way as in the usual class feature. I'd say yes.
Not sure about the second one. If the seducer witch comes first, sure, but if the stargazer PrC comes first I'd think the hexes would be Int-based, & the precedent with ki pools suggests that they'd stay that way if you later got levels which stack with them.
