Feinting vs. a non-humanoid with int 1 or 2. What is the penalty?

Rules Questions

Feinting vs. a non-humanoid has a -4 penalty.

Feinting vs. an opponent with int 1 or 2 has a -8 penalty.

If feinting vs. a non-humanoid with int 1 or 2, does that bluff check have a -12 penalty?

not sure could be -12 if the two stack or -8 if they don't cant find anything indicating weather or not they stack

Penalties stack unless something says they don't, so yes, -12 it is.

Fuzzy knows! Most penalties stack with one another, -12 it is.

I wonder why that rule exists. I never have trouble feinting when I'm playing "I'mma gonna poke ya with my finger!" with my cats. They aren't exactly difficult to fool.

Edit: For that matter, what if it's a non-humanoid doing the feinting? Why would all creatures in the universe have a hard time feinting except against humanoids? Seems like a poorly considered rule to me.

(None of this affects the answer to OP's question, of course.)
