Desna's Tier 2 Evangelist Deific Obedience:
Over time you have learned to focus your magical power to better damage agents of evil. You add your Charisma bonus on your concentration checks, as well as on your caster level checks to overcome spell resistance. In addition, when you stand in starlight and cast a spell that deals hit point damage, you can have it deal an extra 2d6 points of damage. This bonus damage is untyped, and manifests as a glowing aura of starlight around the spell’s original effect.
Not certain how the bonus to Concentration is supposed to work with Charisma based casters: We treated the bonuses from the Obedience as 'Sacred' bonuses in the last campaign I played so they would stack on my Oracle (Desna seems like she should have a fair number of Charisma based casting worshipers, so the Concentration bonus not stacking doesn't make a lot of sense to me).

The FAQ ruling is one of those things where they changed the rules with an FAQ. It's one that I ignore in my own games, just like the Take 10 rule.
