Hi guys, I’m running a game and I’m making a Druid for my dad. I’m giving him the growth subdomain which gives him enlarge person as a bonus spell once a day, but also as a supernatural ability on himself.
The enlarge person spell says multiple magical effects that change size do not stack, but the domain ability is a supernatural effect. I would like to be able to tell him that if he does both to himself then they stack.
What say the rules lawyers?

You can have only one size increase anyway. Even if both versions of enlarge person would count as different effects, they wouldn't stack.
A size increase does stack with one effective size increase (for example for weapon damage or which creatures you can engage with which combat maneuvers), but that's it.
There's VERY few ways to get a PC larger than large and these few involve the double digit levels.
