Sow Thought + Strength of Submission

Rules Questions

Strength of Submission says that you gain a +1 trait bonus to attack rolls & damage rolls whenever you are under a compulsion effect. Would this work together with Sow Thought? I can't see any reason why it wouldn't, but I thought it'd be worth checking with those that have a better grasp of the rules than I do.

Yep, that totally works.

Yep. If you're a changeling follower of Razmir, enjoy your permanent bonus. I rather like the idea of compelling yourself.

Whoa.

"I *do* believe in Razmir. I *do* believe in Razmir. I DO BELIEVE IN RAZMIR! RRRRARRGGHH!"

Sweet.

EDIT - I love the idea of a whole bunch of changeling witches dedicated to Razmir. What better way to fake being clerics than to be witches? And in my head canon, they follow him around like Robert Palmer girls.

In only slightly-related news . . .

There's . . . there's an innuendo subdomain? Bahaahahahaha!

Yeah, I saw that subdomain too, haha. I don't think it sees a lot of use... but perhaps it might start picking up now!

There sure is. ^_^

Although I'm disappointed in whoever put a racelocked spell on it. I can handle that in home games, but making it unusable by 98% of PFS characters is kinda unfortunate (assuming the subdomain itself is PFS-legal).

The subdomain is PFS-legal, it seems.

My thought was that the same sort of logic that follows the Self-Realization subdomain should apply, given that it was included in the Campaign Clarifications document?

Regardless of the race of the character who casts the spell, the character keeps all of her extraordinary and supernatural abilities, and the enhancement bonuses apply to Dexterity and Intelligence as typical for the spell.

Hm. That's definitely precedent for allowing it, but not everyone will see it that way. I may have to mention this in the Campaign Clarifications suggestions thread...

Innuendo is such a perfect subdomain for clerics of Asmodeus.

Rivethun Adherent seems to work pretty well with Sow Thought too, incidentally.

I think of it as freeing yourself from a pitiful existence.

Rivethun Adherent seems like it may also be a good choice for an Oracle choosing one of these curses:

Plagued (Curse of Corruption)
You suffer from minor ailments and sicknesses. While you struggle to resist new diseases, you have grown accustomed to the many inconveniences of sickness.

Wasting
Your body is slowly rotting away.
