Hello. I’m a recent Starfinder Superscriber and I have a couple of questions. I have all 5 Starfinder subscriptions. I know one of the bonuses is a free Starfinder Society subscription, but I haven’t received any so far so I went ahead and subbed. Will the free sub kick in automatically at some point soon ? Also, I have noticed the same thing with the 15% discount. It doesn’t show on any items in the store. Just wanted to check before I purchase anything. Thank you in advance.

The benefits for the subscriptions do not kick in until the first item from each subscription has shipped. Our system does not consider a subscription active until it has sent something. Since the Accessories and RPG line have not shipped you an item yet the discount and Society PDF benefits have not kicked in. Once they do a complimentary scenarios subscription will be generated to your account.
The one you started will need to be cancelled when that happens. If we leave it active the system will see you have a paid subscription and will charge you for the PDFs. I haven't cancelled it because I am not sure if you want it until the complimentary one kicks in. If you'd like me to I can cancel it right away.
Thank you. I will keep it active for now since those releases aren’t showing release until March and May. I don’t want to miss out on any until then.
It looks like you can still start your subscription with the Alien Archive and the corresponding pawn box if you don't already have those items and want your Superscriber benefits to kick in a few months sooner.
That’s what I was going to do originally, but one of my player’s bought both items for me as an early Christmas gift, even though I suspect the main reason for the gift was that she has her eye on playing one of the new available races, lol.
