Gestalt Fighter / Rogue

Advice

I’m running a short adventure for some friends. Lvl 5 gestalt for 2 players.
I’m going with gestalt because of the small party. Want to give them a bit of staying power, but not “over powered.”

They are also getting a list of characters to choose from at the start, so I’m building a few options for them to chose from.... but I need some help.

Jack Willow is a lvl 5 ftr/rog lumberjack. Woodsy kind of guy. Uses an Axe.
I need help making a STR build for him.
15 point buy.
I mostly need help with feats.

Much appreciated.

Okay, I’ve actually made a Fighter//Rogue Gestalt. Now my build doesn’t fit well, but there is one set of feats from it that I think would actually be great for a lumberjack:

Nature Soul>Animal Ally (3rd level feat but gained at 4th level by retraining 3rd level feat) and Boon Companion. This will give you a loyal dog (because wolf sounds too much for just a “simple” lumberjack,) that will help him out when going to get wood, and keeping his home safe when he sleeps. If Human, retrain the bonus Human feat at 1st level to Huntmaster, which works with only a few types of animal companions, one of which being dog, and it raises the effective druid level by 1.

For combat feats from the bonus feats fighter gets, Weapon Focus (Axe), Weapon Specialization (Axe), and Power Attack. You could also consider Risky Striker if Halfling, or if you took Racial Heritage (Halfling). There is also a feat that is basically Power Attack, but I believe it increases your armor class instead, though I don’t remember what it is called right now.

why not go fighter/vigilante all good saves and lumber jack by day crime fighter by night this is a job for (insert name here) will also help with the fighters lack of social skills
