A Samsaran with the Mystic Past Life alternate racial trait is the only way I can think of.
Craft Construct can let you make an Animated Object with a +5 to the DC to craft (for lacking a prerequisite). But it is rather expensive, and as such you probably want Make Whole or similar. See ultimate magic's building and modifying constructs for more info.
Scrolls also work, using UMD, but that might be more expensive.
