When using this spell while someone is threatening me, will I be able to cast it without provoking? Will I need to make a concentration check in order to get the spell off?

Under the Casting Time heading, 'Casting a spell with a casting time of 1 swift action doesn’t provoke attacks of opportunity.' Grace has such a casting time so no AoOs.
