So this is my first post here, and I also sent an email with the issue. But I am impatient/ antsy about this issue and got worried the email didn't send for whatever reason. Sorry about the trouble.
But I've recently bought five of the in the company of book series from rite publishing on this site, in pdf form.
and four of the five ( in the company of aberrations/vampires/doppelgangers/wights) all showed up in my downloads ready to be downloaded which I did. But when I got the order confirmation, it's stayed pending and so far hasn't changed, which may be the root of the problem, I don't know.

Was not in the digital download section of the order but was in the other. And since it was PDF I just thought it was a mistake and went on my merry way.
And it wasn't in my downloads, and hasn't appeared as of this writing.
I don't know what's going on, and I am in a state of distress as I really need that particular pdf.
So right now I'm panicking to be blunt, which is why I made this thread as well as the email, as I thought the latter might not have sent for some reason, even though it probably hasn't been long enough for a reply. I am horribly sorry for the trouble but I really need help/ an answer for this, and I am also sorry if I am be impatient/ troublesome.

I am having the exact same problem, with the exact same item. I have already checked my card account balance and the full purchase went through, so it would be nice to get the PDF that I payed for...

Hello? anyone? I really need an answer for this. Lost sleep stressing over this missing pdf of mine
I'm not a Paizo employee, but I can tell you that the issue has popped up a few times lately. Every time Paizo has been able to get it resolved. All that to say, don't worry, they will get you the product you paid for.

Hello? anyone? I really need an answer for this. Lost sleep stressing over this missing pdf of mine I just received a refund for my purchase today, so you may wanna check your account statement to see if it got refunded for you as well. If it did, then I wouldn't see any harm in putting the order for the missing book back through, but only put that book in the order and nothing else to see if that works... But that's just what I would do.

The issue with the PDF is the same issue we have had with a number of PDFs recently. It has now been resolved (the tech teams believes it should be resolved on all PDFs now) and you should be able to see the PDF on your My Downloads page now. Keep in mind that because the issue did not allow them to be finalized you had not been charged for it. Now that they have been fulfilled you will see the charge.
Rarescottyj, you were never charged and no refund was submitted. What you are seeing is the authorization disappearing. I wasn't clear if you wanted me to get it handled so I haven't. Do you want me to fulfill it and put the charge through?
