Been reviewing the various seasons as broken down on the website here and I noticed that several numbered scenarios are missing from the first few seasons (particularly season 0). I'm guessing these are scenarios no long approved for PFS. Is there another reason? Are the missing scenarios available elsewhere?
I gather that PFS didn't start naming seasons until season five - at least I can't find a name for seasons zero through four, although there's a scenario named "season of the shadow lodge" in season two. Did I miss something somewhere?

The first year that Pathfinder Society existed (0-01 thru 0-28, I believe) it used 3.5 rules. Pathfinder itself didn't exist, yet.
The main reason that many of those first scenarios are no longer around is because of copyright. Many used content that wasn't open license. But some were also removed because the new CR system made some encounters too deadly.
What we know now as Season 1 (0-29 thru 0-56, I believe) didn't have a proper name. Names began in Season 2, "Year of the Shadow Lodge". Season 3 was "Year of the Ruby Phoenix", and so on.

Some Season 0's were removed due to they didn't fit the Golarion world canon that was more strongly developed staring in season 1.
