So I am role playing a neutral evil Damphir, mysterious stranger who is based around a Lee Van Cleef Style Gunslinger gambler. He is primarily based around roleplay not so much combat. That being said there is quite the political Intrigue in our group. Being neutral evil playing both ends against the middle for his own personal gane. Is really needing to have some good aligned Style bullets for his pistols.
There are some other very evil vampires within the city. They really need to go. They are causing him and the party some serious unwanted attention.
Can he use blessed Bullets by a good priest for his pistols and not take negative levels from that and if so how can he make those permanent

It sounds like you're asking if you can have Holy enhancement on Bullets.
You'd probably be better using Undead Bane bullets, because there is absolutely no way to avoid the negative level.
If you just want the bullets to be good aligned...you'll need a friend with align weapon. Or course, good aligned weapons don't help against vampires. They have DR magic and silver, not DR good. So you need silver bullets in a magic weapon.
If you're just looking for the extra damage, Undead Bane.
Like I said, you can't avoid the penalty from Holy if you're evil.

I am a old D&D player and this Pathfinder is relatively new to me so that being said I appreciate any advice. The Silver Bullets he has their Master work he created and a few other specialty bullets that he is Created from specialty materials. I was not sure about the extra damage that I would be looking to do is more specific Undead Bane being an interesting aspect that I had not looked into
