To accommodate U.S. fall and winter postal holidays, the September, October, November and December new release schedules have shifted slightly from our standard shipping cycle dates.
edit 11/28/17: We've been integrating a new method for the order generation process which does not authorize payment methods as frequently when an order is created. Instead most cards that have previously had successful transactions will be authorized closer to when your order is being prepared for shipping (at least that is the goal).
If you have previously used the authorization process for budgeting purposes, please note that this now may function differently for you.

↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.

7 is in and should be shipping if you had ordered it separately and in your December order if its in your sidecart. Have to check in on 8 but it will probably not be included in a monthly release as it is likely to arrive outside of the window that we need items to arrive in so that they can be included with a monthly shipment.

Because of the US Thanksgiving holiday weekend from November 23-26 we've been reviewing when order generation would work best.
The conclusion we came to is that we will set dates for creating orders on November 27th and beginning to ship on November 30th.
If you need to make changes to your subscriptions, add items for the holiday gifts to your sidecarts or any other changes, we urge you to take care of these as soon as possible!
While we have the end of the subscription shipping window set to December 15th (two days after the retail release date) we do currently estimate that we will be wrapped up with subscription orders by the 13th, however our warehouse manager Will and myself both feel adding in the extra two days as a buffer is the wisest estimation.

Looks like it stopped on an error late last night. I've restarted it and it should finish sometime today.

Hi Sara
I didn't get an email and can't see any sign of a subscription order - there are some things in my sidecart I would have expected to have been swept up into a subscription run too.
One potential complication is a PF CRB special - which I have asked to have sent separately (and which is pending on further information I beleve). Maybe those shenanigans have had an impact?

Good news, everyone! We should be all finished sending out subscription shipments!
This excludes any orders that may have come up against issues with payment methods, addresses, etc. If we did have a problem sending out your order, you should have received an email to let you know what was holding things up.
