usually i have no problem hearing from them, on the rare chance I have a problem, but I had two this week and they haven't responded to either email i sent to customer service...
We are around. As Bookrat mentioned we have a very large backlog of emails and are working to get all of them replied to. We did receive your emails and we will get them responded to.
