What are the SRs for CR 1 and CR 11 creatures? You can compare and see how they graded it, maybe.
Unless this otherwise fails (I don't have the AA to check), I'd recommend treating the CR as the drow's level, and just giving them SR X+CR (in PF, I think, it's 6+lvl, so 6+CR; i.e. 7 for CR 1, and 17 for CR 11; that's SR 6 for CR 1/2 and SR 8 for CR 2).
But, again, I don't have the AA, so, please, take my thoughts with a grain of salt - or maybe a whole 'shaker.
EDIT: Wait, I just notice you said "immunities" - is spell resistance considered an immunity?

...is spell resistance considered an immunity?
No, it's just listed next to immunities in the stat block. Easy mistake to make.
How do I calculate Spell Resistance for Drow that are not CR 1 or CR 11?
A very brief look at the NPC creation rules imply that resistances are typically added to an NPC as part of a subtype graft, but the Elf subtype (which has special rules for Drow) does not list SR; as written, Drow receive no SR.
Of course, the creation rules are fairly explicit that it's okay to break the rules whenever you feel it's appropriate, so if you want them to have some SR, just eyeball it! I would give a CR 1/2 Drow SR 5 and a CR 2 Drow SR 10, but feel free to adjust as you wish.

Glancing through the main AA bestiary, I see 9 monsters with Spell Resistance, plus the Chromatic Dragon templates. In the monster building section, I don't see any mentions of SR in types or subtypes. Further on, I see the Shadow Graft for summoned creatures grants SR. One of the others might as well, while I simply missed it. I don't see any other instances of SR, so let's look at what we have.
Most monsters with Spell Resistance have SR 11+CR. The three exceptions are the Drow Enforcer and summoned Shadow Creatures, which have SR 5+CR, and the SR 10+CR Void Hag, which at CR 10 has SR 20; 1 less than the CR 10 Anhamut Inevitable with SR 21. Starting at CR 10-12 depending on color, all five Chromatic Dragon templates give SR 11+CR. Of the already made creatures, the lowest CR ones with SR are the Drow Enforcer at CR 1 with SR 6, for 5+CR, and the Barachius Angel at CR 7 with SR 18, for 11+CR. Not terribly helpful for establishing whether there's a level where it's supposed to switch.
So for Drow other than those provided, go with 5+CR for weaker SR, or 11+CR for stronger SR, as appropriate. Or eyeball it, as suggested above.
Ideally things like SR would be given explicit formulas for applying as special abilities, but that is unfortunately not the case for the time being.

[Yes, reviving a dead thread, cannot find answer]. Was there ever a definitive answer to this? I just worked out the SR roughly and if the Drow Enforcer at CR 1 has an SR of 7, and the drow noble has SR of 22 as a CR 11 creature with resolve points, it looks like the formula is something like 5+level+resolve (min 1). Or is it some static formula and the AA has a screw up for the drow enforcer?
