Hi there,
I ordered one of the iconic Vesk Soldier resin Miniatures and two of the Iconic Ysoki Mechanic and drone in order 4489594. I have yet to receive these miniatures, and now when I look back at the order on the website it is appearing as blank. However, the email that was sent at the time of ordering shows the correct order.
Could someone let me know what is happening with this order.

It looks like there are a couple of issues going on here.
1) They got moved out of the sidecart but not resubmitted all the way, so were hanging out in order limbo.
2) They are no longer live on the site, as we cannot take any more orders for them, so they likely will not display for you unless they are on an order or shipping confirmation email.
They are back in your sidecart. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

I have moved the miniatures out of your sidecart and into their own order so they will ship as soon as they are available. You will be receiving an email confirmation. We don't have an estimate for when they will arrive.

Just to be clear, is it that Paizo haven't received any of these from ND, or is it the order snafu that means I dont get mine yet?
I have seen these figures "in the wild", but they may have been orders straight from ND.
Just so you know why I am asking...I pledged in the KS but was willing to pay a bit of a premium to get these early for current character figures, but if they are not coming soon it is a bit pointless.
