The text for the Inspired Blade Swashbuckler says: At 1st level, an inspired blade gains the benefits of Weapon Finesse with the rapier (this ability counts as having the Weapon Finesse feat for the purpose of meeting feat prerequisites).
To be clear, does that mean Weapon Finesse is not applied to any other weapon?
