Do they work together?

Reading the constructed racial trait, it seem that android shouldn't be able to being affect by it.

(Get'em don't work on construct and the android is part construct. The constructed says that you must take the worst effect between humanoid or construct)

Nope. It was the same way in Pathfinder with androids, albeit with different phrasing: they specifically could not benefit from morale bonuses, meaning no inspire courage, unless they took a feat for it.

The restrictions on get'em are language dependent, mind effecting and sense dependent. As Androids are not immune to any of those restrictions they would be effected by get'em.

I'm inclined to agree with you here, but there is another issue. Constructed has the line "For effects targeting creatures by type", which is a greater issue. Neither Get'Em specifically, nor Envoy Improvisation in general, target creature type, just enemy or ally. Androids are humanoids with the android subtype, and do not have the construct type or any elements there of. They are only counted as a construct for the sake of detrimental type targeting effects. So, in this instance Constructed does not apply, and the effects of Get'Em should work as normal.

Envoy Improvisations don't target creatures by type, so the constructed trait doesn't get triggered

The Expanded Attunement improv is meant for Drones. Android affected by improvs by default already.

Yep, Androids are only immune to effect that target by type, Get Em does not target by type.
