I'm looking to make 3 races that are essentially the poster boys of their regions. Here's the info on the regions and their gods (I'll work on sorting out the gods and put it on Google Drive). I'm not sure what I want for the races outside of wanting the Aridian race to look like pharoh hounds and able to switch genders freely. Any suggestions?

For Lageus, maybe a race of catfolk that can change the colors and patterns of their fur? They use this to express emotions, but also to mark one's position in society, the leaders taking tiger- or lion-like appearance. Because of that the outsiders may even start to think that there are two races, tigrans ruling over lower catfolk.

XY and XX, surely? But yeah, looks OK, though I wouldn't use Race Points even to clean the toilet. Maybe they could get a feat later to do something more with the change shape ability if they choose to specialise in it. Also if they're based of a kind of dog maybe they should get the endurance feat for free.

Thanks for pointing out my mistake. :)
I'll give it endurance. I was thinking about offering some racial feats, mostly stuff like ignoring modifiers for disguising as a different race, gender, and age category, bonuses on Diplomacy, and other things (I figure that being naturally gender fluid would make it easier, but not automatic, to walk a mile in another's shoes). Any ideas for shape change feats?

How about a feat that gives them a single dog form for each gender (similar phenotype; they gain the benefits of Natural Spell while in these forms) and allows them to use Change Shape as Beast Shape, and another feat that lets them use Change Shape to take the form of one other race, chosen when they take the feat (one form for each gender; skin tone is similar to fur color and eye color stays the same)?
