Hi again.
As an alchemist the first mutagen that you originally get gives me +4 dex and +2 natural armor and a -2 to wisdom I believe. I'm level 6 and I haven't been able to find a better mutagen yet. I only have 7 str so increasing my int and taking my strength down will leave me heavily encumbered unless I use aunt haul.
Is there any mutagen that will give me increased Dex and natural armor at the cost of wisdom? I can handle losing wisdom, but losing strength when my strength is only 7 might not be doable.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Other than Cognatogen, which pretty much just trades mental stats for physical stats, I find pretty much every other kind a mutagen a downgrade. Too niche, and don't really do anything an extract can't. But +4 dex is still really good, even at 6 that's enough keep up with full BAB classes in terms of accuracy, and should provide +4 to AC. It also stacks with either cats grace or a belt of dexterity. I think what you're really looking for is greater mutagen, but that doesn't come online until level 12.
Until then, you should have plenty of extracts to buff yourself. Next level you get heroism. Same duration as mutagen, provides +2 to attack, all saves and skill checks. Pairing it with mutagen will keep you going strong for a long time.

Yeah you have to wait till 12 to get a better mutagen, but as others have said, mutagenic bonuses stack with other bonuses.
If you can find a way to get a dex-based rage (or some other morale bonus) you could try that - easy to get with a dip into Urban Barbarian, harder to get without a dip.
Is there something particular you need from Dex? Or just more accuracy/armour? You can get better accuracy/armour/initiative/etc from feats and items, but if you need dex specifically for something it gets harder

Oh, Reduce Person will give a +2 size bonus to Dex, +1 size bonus to hit, and doesn't affect bomb damage. The -2 Str doesn't matter as much since small characters have proportionately higher carrying capacity for their Str scores, so you'll probably end up with the same carry load (light/med/heavy) anyway.
You know, think of different stacking options that will do kind of the same thing.
