When a Monster Cohort gains levels, are its stats adjusted as per the rules of Adding Class Levels to Monsters, or as if leveling up a race with no racial HD?
Anyone was ever using monster cohorts? How did you do it?
I've always did it as described in your link for the first time it gains a level, and then just normally like you would for a PC every time after that.
