Is Psychic Strike mind-affecting?

Rules Questions

It's not mentioned whether or not Psychic Strike (from Psychic bloodline acclaim) is mind-affecting, does that mean it can affect the undead and other such monsters

It does say you overwhelm the minds. I'd feel safe saying it was, in fact, mind-effecting.

It doesn't say it is, so by default, it isn't. Flavor text isn't rules text.

That said, I expect the errata team will change that.

Grand Lodge

By RAW it isn't because it doesn't say that it is mind affecting. Additionally, undead will be immune to the shaken part of it as shaken is fear related and thus undead are immune.

However, it'd be pretty reasonable for a GM to rule it mind affecting as the flavor text makes absolutely no sense for creatures immune to mind affecting things.

So basically, RAW yes it affects undead but the shaken effect won't work. But RAI it probably shouldn't work.

I question the distinction.
