The prerequisites for the feat are: "Str 13; Dex 13; Endurance or armor training class feature; proficiency with heavy armor."
Membership in the Grey Maidens is not a pre-requisite. How do you plan on obtaining a suit of Grey Maiden plate armor?
"Gray Maiden plate is mechanically identical to full plate, and any effect that functions with full plate functions with Gray Maiden plate. Certain options for Gray Maidens function only when they wear Gray Maiden plate." (At my table, I would not allow Agile Maiden to work with any regular full plate armor.)

Grey Maiden plate is its own separate type of armor (that just happens to be identical to full plate). It is not actually full plate armor. Anything that functions with full plate armor also functions with Grey Maiden plate, but the opposite is not true.

So then say my Titan Fighter/Unchained Barbarian can't use that feat even if they are wearing Full Plate?

No, they can't. They must be wearing Gray Maiden plate, not full plate armor.

Oh well, was afraid of that.

No. Maiden plate only. That's why I bolded that part.
You could fine some armour, doubtful the grey maidens will enjoy you wearing it and you'll earn some hate on sight for it.
Plus.. hope you're playing a female. They aren't called the grey cowboys.
Any PFS legal feats that you know of would do the same thing for full plate?
