It's fine!
It doesn't scream particularly "half-elf" to me, but it works very well for SF.
Especially given:
1) SF is removed in culture from Earth
2) SF is removed in time from Earth
3) SF is removed in time from Golarion
4) it's all fantasy names anyway, which sound "off" intentionally
That said, it really depends on what you want out of the name.
If you want it to sound sort-of elven, it also works, especially if you pronounce e-ver-y-sin-gle-syll-a-ble (and maybe add a few) to get the "very long and flowing" elven style.
So: "Arcalinte Soter" might be pronounced "Ar-kal-ehn-tey Soh-tehr" in pronunciation, kind of French-like.
But then again, I could just be blowing hot air - I'm a rather pompous windbag, so what do I know? XD
Also, you can always compare to things like random half-elf names to get ideas.
That said, my first half-elves:
- Terrance Tir'ein
- Belor Fyrt
- Unyldor Rift
- Tyln (alternatively: Tyln Tyln - it works as a first and last name!)
- Kard Desin
Most "Elf" names are based (to the best of my understanding) off of old gaelic (especially Welsh?) names and French names.
But, uh, take everything about that last sentence with a grain of salt or three.
For all of that: your name seems just fine. :)

Always had a nose at Fantasynamegenerator myself.
it really all depends on what you want. Sounds fine to me, however I pronounce it (My brain ran through a couple). Are you after a more elven name, closer to a human name, maybe a hybrid sort of name?
It doesn't sound all solar-y which is a good thing.

Holy thread necromancy, Batman!
Um...yeah, I've been playing Arcalinte Soter for around 4 years now in a Dead Suns campaign. Thanks for the advice even after all this time!
