Email not going through?

I've sent customer.service@paizo.com 2 emails now, and I got this message back twice.

Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

The quoted text is a direct copy paste, sent by mailer-daemon@yahoo.com, which is the same email that sends errors back whenever I send emails to invalid addresses.

So, have I done something wrong that I am missing? Or is there an issue with Yahoo addresses emailing you?

This was about a binding issue with a book I got at GenCon. Was having an attachment a problem? I doubt it, because you said to attach a photo.

No rush, I know you guys are busy, but I would like some help. Thanks!

I'm not sure what might be causing that problem right now.

I know sometime emails can have problems if there is not a subject line included. Do you have something entered in the subject line?

Well, it's been several days now, and I haven't gotten back an error. Nor did I get any kind of automated response from you. Did you guys get my email? I know you guys have a lot on your plate. I don't mind if it takes a while to get it responded to, I just want to make sure it's in there! :)

I’m in that same weird boat, too... sent an e-mail in about 10 days ago and didn’t get an error or an auto-response (though I’ve come to understand there can be reasons for that). Based on following threads in this forum it seems it can take 2-3 weeks for binding issue responses (which is no problem... the PDF has given me no problems in the interim, and the Paizo Customer Service team has been doing an incredible job, overall, of keeping up with a tough situation).

Hello Lynxx_XVI,

We did receive your email. As Lonejedi mentioned our auto response has some conditions to prevent creating endless email exchanges with other auto responses, like out of office responses. If you email met any of those conditions it may be that our mail server just thought it shouldn't send the auto response.

Lonejedi is also correct in that we have a very large number of emails we are working our way through. We respond to every email, but because of the volume we are backed up. It may take some time but you will get a response as soon as we get to yours in the inbox.
