My GM allowed me to take finesse training (Wajang unchained rogue at lvl 11, savage technologist 1) for bite attacks. Next level I will take another savage technologist level and take the rage power "animal fury".
I am considering buying the ring of rat fangs and cloak of fangs. How do they interact?
In a full round attack including two weapon fighting , using the cloak and the ring do I get the two bite attacks (at -5) of which one is size category small and the other medium damage wise?

If flanking I think I get sneak damage on all of those bite attacks. Is this correct?
With only one mouth/head you can't get two sets of fangs. You can only use one natural attack per limb. While there has been much debate over whether the head as a whole counts as one limb for the purpose of a bite and a gore, there really isn't any confusion over whether two bite attacks are using the same limb. Unless you have two heads?
