Greetings, while building my Kitsune Swashbuckler/Ranger, someone recommended the Dirty Fighting feat.
The reason being, i was planning on being a support-melee type character, and tripping/disarming without provoking- or wasting feats, more importantly.
But being a character with a -1 Str/+6 BAB, makes the such cmb checks pretty hard, even now when i am looking at higher tier scenarios.
That said, [U]QUESTION[/u]- Does having Weapon Finesse [or Swashbuckler's Finesse] effectively mean I have the Agile Maneuver feat, ie: Dex to CMB; so i've been calculating my Trip/Disarm attempts incorrectly?
Similarly, does this also Dex to CMB bonus apply when i use Pommel Strike deed?
On a similar note, can i take the Gang Up feat, since i have Dirty Fighting- or do i actually need Combat Expertise?

With Weapon Finesse, you get to use your Dex bonus when performing a maneuver with a finesse weapon. So tripping or disarming someone with a whip, you get the bonus. Grappling someone, you do not get the Dex bonus.
Dirty Fighting only counts as Combat Expertise and having a 13 INT or DEX for Improved combat maneuver feats and fears that have those feats as prerequisites. Gang Up does not have an improved maneuver feat as a prerequisite, so you actually need to have Combat Expertise.
Pommel Strike ... Probably. You definitely get to use it on the initial attack roll. It doesn't actually say the combat maneuver is a trip maneuver, so it's unclear if you would get bonuses from Improved Trip or something like that. But you do seem to be performing the maneuver with your weapon. Not positive about this one.
For trip and disarm, they're performed with the weapon and you can use weapon finesse. The same for the CMB check which is part of Pommel Strike.
Sadly Dirty Fighting can't help you with Gang Up. It's only for feats which are improved combat maneuvers or which include those as prereqs:
This feat counts as having Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and Improved Unarmed Strike for the purposes of meeting the prerequisites of the various improved combat maneuver feats, as well as feats that require those improved combat maneuver feats as prerequisites.
