Hello.
So the Magical Child archetype for the vigilante gives you a familiar with your vigilante level = to your wizard level.
The Eldritch Guardian also gives you a familiar where your fighter level = to your wizard level.
Would the abilities for the familiar stack? Or, would I have to pick a familiar for one class and only take the abilities for one of the classes?
I'm thinking of making a co-operative trip build with a familiar and I think this combo would help a lot. Any advise would be appreciated.

Levels of different classes that are entitled to familiars stack for the purpose of determining any familiar abilities that depend on the master’s level.
So the basic familiar abilities (AC, Int, Speak with X) would stack the levels.
The Improved Familiar changes from vigilante at 3/5/7 would need to be vigilante levels, as that's a separate class ability related to the familiar, not an ability of the familiar.

Share Training is not level dependent. Other than needing 2 levels in Eldritch Guardian so that you get the ability at all, you do not need additional levels in Eldritch Guardian to gain its benefit. Once you have Share Training, the familiar has access to all of your Combat Feats regardless of where they come from. The familiar does not at any point actually have those feats. It can just use them because of the ability.
Steel Will would not increase from your Vigilante levels, for the same reason the changes from Vigilante don't happen based on Fighter levels.
Also note that a familiar's HPs, BAB, and several other things are based on Character Level, not Class Level, so they increase regardless of whether the class you multi class into has a familiar or not.
A two-level dip in Eldritch Guardian is good for Mauler familiar builds that don't plan to ever take Improved Familiar.
