One of the packages from this order is shipping today. It consists of a simgle item, a replacement copy of the Starfinder Limited Edition core rulebook, due to the spinal issues.
Is a replacement copy supposed to be charging me US$59.91 shipping?

I'm not seeing that it's actually charging you that amount, it's just not displaying the whole shipping total and the discount for the portion; it's just showing the shipping amount for the rest of the packages.
If something seems wrong when all of the packages have shipped, please let us know and we can take another look.

Thanks for checking. I am still a bit worried, though I'll wait and see what the final charges are.
This is why:
The total shipping quoted for my subsciptions in the original email when the order was placed, which I checked, was $51.63. That's split between the other two packages which contain my subsciptions and a few addons from my sidecart according to the email.
It was only this morning that I found that at the bottom of the email, it showed an additional $59.91 shipping and handling for the third package, containing only the replacement Starfinder book.
So yes, while Paizo customer service is always very good, I am still concerned there may be a bug in the system, and will be watching the bill carefully.

The replacement book shipped out this morning and there was no shipping charge associated with it. I only see shipping charged associated with the other 2 packages. The total shipping between those packages is $51.63.

Unfortunately, I have found another concern with this order. You guys must be getting sick of me and it by now. Sorry again.
According to my account, there's still a bunch of stuff still pending from this order, including that replacement Starfinder special edition. However, everything, with the sole exception of Pathfinder AP#122, has not only already shipped, but actually arrived here in New Zealand today in close to record time. I also have access to the subscription PDFs of the actually shipped items, despite my account saying that they are still pending.
I even ended up with two sets of Starfinder Condition Cards, which leads me to wonder if I accidently ended up with one of them instead of the Pathfinder AP.
Can someone please make sure that what actually ships from the rest of my order is only the outstanding Adventure Path #122, and not all the rest of the subscriptions and sidecart stuff that I already have my hands on here?

Thanks for asking about this. It looks like AP #122 got stuck in the system due to an unknown glitch, as it looks like it should have shipped along with the rest of the items. The order is only still "pending" because that book has not processed yet.
I've given it a poke to get it on it's way. You should get an new order confirmation email for it.
