Grappling question

Rules Questions

I would like clarification on this statement if possible.

Move: You can move both yourself and your target up to half your speed. At the end of your movement, you can place your target in any square adjacent to you. If you attempt to place your foe in a hazardous location, such as in a wall of fire or over a pit, the target receives a free attempt to break your grapple with a +4 bonus.

Would moving an enemy next to my enemies be considered a hazardous location? What else encompasses a hazardous location? Thank you

Scarab Sages

Moving an enemy next to your allies, you mean? I don't think that would qualify as hazardous. I think it just means moving the target to a square that is going to directly cause them harm. Like into a pit of lava or off the side of a cliff. Moving them into a flank might not be a great situation for them, but simply being there does not directly harm them. Moving them into the path of a blade barrier, on the other hand, would directly harm them, so it is not legal.

great thanks!

That's the way I read it. Tactically disadvantageous squares are fair game. Squares that would cause damage merely for existing in them are off-limits.
