So I'm looking over the Prince in Chains and one of its feats is Vicious Critical. Sounds, um, vicious, but I can't find the write up for it. Anyone know what it does?
"Vicious Critical (Ex) If the herald confirms a critical hit, the attack also deals 2 points of Constitution damage."
