Enemy consumes alchemist extract

Rules Questions

What would happen if an alchemist created an extract of Skinsend and an enemy someway got there hands on it and drank it? Would they drop to 0 HP?

There is not a way to buy a potion of you. If you want use those spells just use the extract, but if you want to let allies use the spells then take the Infusion Discovery which is almost the same as potions of you for those spells. That is as good as your gonna get. Infusion discovery is really good though. whole heartily recommend taking it. Also you cannot use extracts with alchemical allocation.
Would the alchemist be able to give an enemy an extract of skinsend? If they consumed it would there HP drop to 0?

You would want the Touch Injection extract for that >:)

You can also use a set of Poisoners Gloves for the same effect.
Note that the target would get a Fort save and Spell Resistance (they used to get neither!!)
Note for Skinsend specifically, you may need the help of a teammate. If you do this trick as a standard action then end your turn, then the opponent can simply rejoin his skin and body on his turn then dismiss the effect.
You really need someone to sepperate the body/skin before this happens or simply Coup de Grace the helpless body >:P
Worst case, the target looses 1/2 their hp and wastes a turn, and that could be a loooot of hps...

Also note, from the Extract section;

...When an alchemist mixes an extract, he infuses the chemicals and reagents in the extract with magic siphoned from his own magical aura. An extract immediately becomes inert if it leaves the alchemist’s possession, reactivating as soon as it returns to his keeping—an alchemist cannot normally pass out his extracts for allies to use (but see the “infusion” discovery below)....

The Extract would normally just go inert.

It also specifies allies, which some people would infer enemies can't use your extracts at all.

An extract does nothing to anyone but the alchemist who crafted it. You'd have to make it an infusion instead.
